About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Finance, this is a newly created position driven by continued organisational growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting close to the business, not just the numbers.
You'll work alongside operational leaders to understand what's happening on the ground, provide meaningful financial insights and help shape better business decisions. It's a role for someone who likes asking questions, building relationships and turning data into action.
- Your responsibilities will include: Financial analysis and performance reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Dashboard and management reporting
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders
- Process improvement initiatives
- Supporting governance and risk activities

About You
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Degree qualified in Commerce, Business or similar
- Strong analytical and commercial capability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to communicate confidently with non-finance stakeholders
- Curious, proactive and relationship-focused
Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Business Central will be highly regarded.
