About the Role
As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll take ownership of several core divisions and work closely with the Senior Financial Accountant to uphold the highest accounting standards. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills will shine, and your ideas will help shape best practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-of-month preparation including reconciliations, journals and accruals
- End-of-month reporting with insightful commentary
- Fixed asset maintenance and accuracy
- Assisting with BAS, FBT and income tax preparation
- Preparing audit work papers and supporting statutory reporting
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
About You
- CA/CPA qualified with solid financial accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
- Motivated, eager to have an impact and highly accurate
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable sharing knowledge and supporting others to deliver timely, high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving processes
