This Finance Manager position offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of an organisation focused on aged care. You will work closely with the Chief Financial Controller and lead a team of five direct reports, ensuring efficient financial processes and effective people management.
Key responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting and compliance
Manage the transactional finance functions including accounts payable and receivable
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy
Utilise Epicor ERP system for financial operations
Skills & experience
Proven experience in finance management within the aged care sector
Strong capability in financial reporting and compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams
Proficiency in using ERP systems, preferably Epicor
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
