Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a growth-driven and highly efficient Finance Manager to join their rapidly expanding organisation. If you bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong technical capability and excellent negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and execute financial functions such as month end, forecasting, financial reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Provide analysis and insights to support business performance and manage risks
  • Support budgeting, quarterly forecasts, cashflow planning and adherence to reporting deadlines
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing and Operations to ensue spend aligns with the budget
  • Analysis of monthly sales by product, brand, market, and customer.
  • Preparation of weekly flash sales report.
  • Preparation of quarterly royalty statements for submission to external licensors.
  • Management of royalty advance payments and minimum guarantees, maintaining accurate reconciliations of royalties reported versus payments made.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, you will also be involved in some processing of AP invoices whilst they are automating their processes
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and assist with year-end reporting and statutory accounts
  • Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and overall financial efficiency
What you'll bring:
  • Qulified Accountant (CPA, CA CIMA)
  • Experience in a global or start-up environment is desirable
  • Aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other accounting software
  • Investigative nature
  • Working within a fast paced and high energy environment
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Superb time management, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Significant executive support
