About the role
Newly created, this role serves will play a key part in improving the operational and financial reporting of a growing organisation, working with stakeholders to identify and leverage financial insights to identify opportunities for the business and break down complex financial information of non-finance people. Reporting directly to the CFO and supporting a small finance team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your role and have a direct impact on an organisation providing valuable support to vulnerable communities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial impacts and drive process improvements
- Develop and enhance reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Support the finance team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
About you
- CA/CPA qualified (or near to), you will have proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong capability in process improvement and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into operational insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
