Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance organisational performance
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to guide operational decisions
- Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
- Support compliance and risk management initiatives
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in financial management and business partnering
- Strong capability in financial analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- CPA qualification is preferred
- Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is beneficial but not essential
