Finance Associate (3+ PQE) - Real Estate & Structured Lending - Global Law Firm
A leading global law firm is seeking a Finance Associate (3+ PQE) to join its London Finance practice.
The team advises on a wide range of complex financing transactions, acting for lenders, investors and sponsors across domestic and cross-border matters. A key focus of this role will be real estate finance, including the financing of international real estate portfolios and operational real estate assets such as hotels, student accommodation and senior living assets.
The successful candidate will work on senior and mezzanine financings, preferred equity structures and structured lending arrangements, acting for a range of UK, European and US financial institutions, insurers, debt funds and sponsors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally integrated finance team and gain exposure to sophisticated cross-border real estate financing transactions.
Requirements:
3+ PQE with experience in finance / banking transactions
Strong exposure to real estate finance or leveraged finance
Experience at a leading City or international firm
Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
