About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs, supporting a safe and compliant environment, and partnering with internal teams and external providers to maintain high facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to schedule and oversee works
- Monitor facility performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, servicing and associated costs
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance activities
- Experience working with contractors and managing service providers
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
