A well established facilities management provider supporting large, high profile organisations across NSW.
The Role
We’re recruiting two Temporary Facilities Coordinators to join a busy onsite help desk team. You’ll be the first point of contact for facilities requests, handling enquiries via phone and email and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This role is fully onsite, based close to Central Station, and suited to candidates who enjoy fast paced, customer focused environments.
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing facilities requests via phone and email
  • Coordinating requests with internal teams and service providers
  • Ensuring timely resolution and service continuity
  • Juggling multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail
What we’re looking for
  • Background in customer service, help desk or facilities support
  • Confident communicator – written and verbal
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem solver with a customer first mindset
  • Available to complete background checks and onboarding
