This position focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating complex asset and facility management programs.
Strong Excel and analyctiacal skills are essential.
You will align programs with asset management planning, contributing to the effectiveness of a complex and interesting portfolio.
- Develop and implement asset management programs that align with strategic planning
- Evaluate facility management programs and assess their effectiveness
- Manage site facilities work programs and projects, including regular maintenance and analysis of asset data (Excel)
- Provide expertise in facilities and asset management
- Liaise with the government departments and internal and external stakeholders
