Executive Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within a fast paced professional services environment. This is a pivotal position where you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the seamless coordination of priorities, commitments and day to day operations while working closely with two highly regarded and genuinely personable leaders.
This role will suit a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in staying one step ahead.
The Role
You will play a critical role in enabling the success of two Partners by providing high level administrative and organisational support, while ensuring their time and priorities are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end executive support to two Partners
- Manage complex and ever changing diaries, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Anticipate upcoming needs and prepare briefing materials, agendas and key documents in advance
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials and follow up actions
- Draft and prepare high quality correspondence, reports and presentations
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage inboxes, triaging priorities and ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and expenses
- Support broader team activities, projects and administrative tasks as required
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a corporate or professional services environment
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proactive and forward thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, discreet and able to handle sensitive information with care
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
