About the role
An experienced Executive Assistant is required for a 4-week temporary assignment commencing in October. You will support a senior executive in a fast-paced corporate environment, ensuring smooth business operations during a period of leave coverage.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage executive diary and calendar
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation
  • Prepare minutes and follow-up correspondence
  • Handle confidential communications and documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics
  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Assist with projects and document preparation
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written communication and document preparation capabilities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
