The opportunity
Supporting multiple ELT members, this is a fast-paced, ever-changing role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage complex diaries, travel and communications, while coordinating meetings, reports and presentations. You’ll also take the lead on board support—agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking. Experience with Diligent is highly regarded.
Selection criteria
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple ELT members
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex diaries, travel and high-volume communications
- Extensive board support experience—from agenda preparation through to minutes and action tracking
- Highly proficient in MS Office; experience with Diligent is advantageous
- Exceptional time management, organisational and coordination skills
- Resilient, adaptable and confident in prioritising competing demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
