The opportunity –

Reporting to a high‑performing GM with broad organisational responsibilities as well as the senior leadership team, you’ll be their key support—managing day‑to‑day operational and administrative needs. From complex diary management and report preparation to minute‑taking, travel, events, and prioritising competing demands, this is a fast‑paced, varied role where no two days are the same.

Selection criteria –

Proven EA experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Expertise in complex diary, travel, correspondence, and logistics management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective stakeholder engagement across internal and external groups
Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs
Experience sourcing information and data for reports and committee papers
Solid computer literacy; QLD driver’s licence; willingness to obtain a Police Check
