We are partnering with a leading professional membership body across Australia and New Zealand who are looking for a strategic Events Delivery Partner
to lead high-impact CPD conferences. This role delivers experiences that make a real difference for finance and business professionals.
The Role This is a hands-on conference Events Delivery Partner
position, leading the planning and delivery of
large-scale virtual and in-person events. You’ll work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning of conferences, ensuring strategic alignment with member needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, presenters, and external partners to design programs that deliver value and impact.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying improvements for future events.
Use digital tools and event management systems to streamline delivery and reporting.
Ensure high-quality outcomes and foster strong stakeholder relationships across all event touchpoints.
Who You Are
Experienced conference event professional with confidence in planning and delivering complex events.
Strong project manager with a strategic mindset, able to translate objectives into actionable plans.
Confident and autonomous, yet collaborative, with excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with modern event technologies; prior CPD, professional association, or education experience is a plus.
