About the role
The Engagement Support Officer plays an essential role in facilitating communication between people and various agencies. This position involves managing complaints and collaborating with lived experience groups to enhance the victim engagement process. The officer will also conduct surveys to assess service effectiveness, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
