The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers. You will advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
Your work will include:
- Advising on employment contracts
- Advising on workplace policies
- Handling disciplinary matters
- Managing unfair dismissal claims
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Advising on compliance issues
This role offers excellent mentorship and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills within a collaborative and supportive team.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer looking to continue developing your career in Employment Law within a reputable private practice firm.
You will also have:
- 3+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in Employment Law
- Strong communication, analytical and research skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service
