The Firm A well-established and highly regarded professional services firm in Perth is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their team.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters. Your work will include advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, unfair dismissal claims, workplace investigations and compliance issues. This role offers excellent mentorship and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills within a collaborative and supportive team.
The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and enthusiastic lawyer looking to continue developing your career in Employment Law within a reputable private practice firm. You will also have:
3+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
Experience in Employment Law
Strong communication, analytical and research skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service
