Key responsibilities
- Support the development of a Liaison Officer cohort, including rostering, training, and record keeping
- Support the development of a Controller cohort, including rostering, training, and record keeping
- Review existing documents to write SOPs and guides for response functions
- Maintain a database of CIMS trained personnel and exercise attendance
- Support the development of internal exercises and emergency plans
- Fulfil the role of Controller’s Assistant during a response
- Support the delivery of workshops to review and update BCPs.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in emergency management, including the development of training and operational procedures
- Strong capability in database management and documentation processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance emergency preparedness.
