About the Role:
This is a multifaceted coordination role, responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will play a vital part in managing information workflows, coordinating new site setups and relocations, supporting franchise documentation processes, and assisting with national operational activities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
-Producing monthly reports for management and field teams.
-Maintaining accurate data across internal information systems.
-Managing the monthly franchise reporting cycle, including data collation, adjustments, communication, and integrity checks.
-Coordinating new franchise site setups, relocations, signage, and internal fit‑outs in collaboration with external providers and internal teams.
-Managing franchise agreement creation, signing workflows and record upkeep across internal systems.
-Assisting with updates to franchise documentation and portals.
-Supporting preparation for national conferences and events.
-Coordinating deliveries of learning materials, promotional items, and event materials nationwide.
-Supporting ad‑hoc administrative and coordination duties as directed by management.

Requirements:
-Full working rights in Australia
-1–2 years’ experience in office administration or operational support.
-Degree‑qualified, with Business or Administration highly regarded.
-Experience in the Education industry highly desirable.
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-The ability to take initiative and work as a member of a team.
-Experience using Microsoft Office.
