Based in the Sydney CBD head office, you’ll be part of a friendly, social and customer centric team who value collaboration, development and quality conversations. This is a great opportunity to build experience with a respected brand and potentially move into a longer term role
The Role
In this busy and rewarding role, you’ll engage with medical professionals who have already expressed interest - no cold calling.
- Following up warm enquiries from the website and internal referrals
- Managing the full end to end process: applications, offers, payments and policy issuance
- Providing accurate, timely information on products and services
- Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities through a consultative approach
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems
- Working a rotating roster between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday
- Office based role, 5 days per week in Sydney CBD
About You
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy speaking with customers, building rapport and closing opportunities ethically and professionally.
You’ll bring:
- Outbound customer service or sales experience within a call centre environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A consultative, member first approach to sales
- High energy and resilience in a fast paced team environment
- Strong administration skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
