We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary role with a global retailer, providing face-to-face customer service based in Mt Ommaney. Commencing on 1st of September, this role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working from their busy Service Centre. $34.76ph + super, no technical experience is required, just strong customer service skills, ideally gained within a retail environment.
About the Role
Your main responsibility will be providing customer service to walk-in customers at the Service Centre seeking product repairs.
- Welcoming customers
- Providing front counter support
- Gaining an understanding of repair requirements
- Logging repair requests into the system
- Providing customers with updates on repair progress
- Liaising with the repairs team
- Assisting with minor repairs
