This role involves managing customer orders, providing exceptional client support, and assisting with logistics and stock organization. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Processes and manages customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring next-day delivery for metro areas. Accurately enters purchase orders into the ERP system and resolves discrepancies promptly. Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to pricing, delivery tracking, and invoices. Collaborates with internal teams to support inventory control, stocktaking, and logistics. Performs office administration tasks, including record maintenance and assisting with customer applications.
Key Qualifications Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with medical devices (preferred).
