About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in re-energising the cargo team. This position involves making outbound calls to a database, primarily engaging with male clients in a straightforward communication style. You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication and effective note-taking in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to a database of clients
