This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing logistics team in Western Sydney. You’ll act as the key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries relating to orders, dispatch, and deliveries
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to track and resolve issues
- Provide accurate updates on stock, shipment status, and service timelines
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain and update CRM and internal systems
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
About You
- Previous experience in customer service within logistics, transport, or 3PL (highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high enquiry volumes
- Experience using CRM or warehouse management systems
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
