This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a high-performing logistics team in Western Sydney. You’ll act as the key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries relating to orders, dispatch, and deliveries
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to track and resolve issues
  • Provide accurate updates on stock, shipment status, and service timelines
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain and update CRM and internal systems
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
About You
  • Previous experience in customer service within logistics, transport, or 3PL (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high enquiry volumes
  • Experience using CRM or warehouse management systems
  • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving ability
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
