With humble beginnings, they have scaled into a global operation—offering end-to-end logistics, international freight forwarding, 3PL warehousing and national door-to-door solutions.
The opportunity
With a primary focus on managing inbound calls and customer enquiries, you will play a key role in generating sales leads by identifying and qualifying customer needs. You’ll provide accurate information on services, resolve emerging issues, and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
Selection criteria
- Proven experience handling high-volume inbound customer enquiries
- Strong call control and active listening skills
- Industry exposure to logistics, transport or freight (advantageous)
- Confident communicator with a customer and outcome-focused approach
- Systems savvy across MS Office and CRM platforms
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
