About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team on an initial 6-8 week assignment.
Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries and order processing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat
- Managing returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries
- Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
- Coordinating orders to support on-time delivery
- Making outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet service and performance targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous customer service experience in a busy environment
- Order processing/data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident phone manner
- High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous)
- FMCG industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
