You'll be part of a customer service team, taking inbound calls from people looking for information about courses and enrolment.
Your focus will be on answering questions, providing clear information and helping callers understand their options. You'll speak with both existing students and people considering enrolling in a course.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people and helping them find the information they're looking for.

- Answer inbound calls from students and prospective learners.
- Respond to enquiries about available courses.
- Provide clear information about course and enrolment options.
- Assist prospective students with enrolment-related questions.
- Help existing students with general course enquiries.
- Understand what callers need and provide relevant information.
- Support the customer service team with day-to-day inbound enquiries.

- Confident and comfortable handling phone enquiries.
- Clear and helpful verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain information in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way.
