We are currently recruiting experienced Customer Service Representatives for a range of temporary and contract opportunities with our valued clients across Adelaide.
These office-based positions are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking with customers, and have previous experience managing both inbound and outbound calls. With multiple opportunities available, we are seeking candidates who can hit the ground running and are available to commence immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of inbound customer enquiries over the phone
- Conducting outbound calls to customers, clients, and stakeholders
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Processing customer requests and updating records within internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Managing email correspondence and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Accurately entering and maintaining customer data
About You
- Previous experience in an office-based Customer Service position
- Strong experience handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills and experience learning new systems
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
