About the role
The Customer Experience (Sales Support) Consultant position is vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of sales support processes, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. You will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional sales support to the customer service team
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate order processing and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the Pronto system
- Assist in the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles
- Strong capability in using Pronto or similar ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the distribution of household goods is advantageous.
