This firm is looking for a conveyancer to join their existing conveyancing team.
THE ROLE
- Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges
- Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation
- Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA
- Advising clients on legal requirements and changes
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers, and other parties
- Performing other duties as needed to support the process.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
- The ability to build rapport with clients
- Pro-active in progressing matters to completion
