A well regarded West Perth law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Property Paralegal to join its established settlements practice. This role will see you working closely with a senior conveyancer across a varied mix of property transactions, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.
The position offers flexibility around working arrangements and would suit someone looking to step into a stable and supportive property focused environment.
The role
This position involves supporting the management of a broad range of conveyancing matters, including:
- Running settlement files from commencement through to completion
- Managing electronic settlements via PEXA
- Preparing transfer documentation and coordinating settlement requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Assisting with complex property transfers including related party transactions and estate related matters
About you
Previous experience managing conveyancing files end to end within Western Australia
Confidence using PEXA and Revenue Online
Experience working as either a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal will be considered
