About the Job
Join a high-profile transformation program focused on improving outcomes for vulnerable customers. This standalone contract role will lead both change management and communications as a major organisational framework moves into delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Lead communications planning, content development and messaging reviews
- Facilitate workshops and support adoption across the organisation
- Define success measures and monitor change outcomes
- Partner with project teams and senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading change and communications activities on complex transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
- Experience supporting vulnerable customer groups through sectors such as community services, health, aged care or human services
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive subject matter
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver outcomes in a standalone role.
