The opportunity
Reporting to the Administration Manager and Partner, you will join a small, high-performing administrative support team. Your responsibilities will include opening and closing client files, being the first point of contact for client administrative queries, collating documentation, maintaining compliance registers, managing records, and providing general administrative support as needed.
Selection criteria
- Previous experience within a similar role in client services or administrative support
- Experience within the accounting or financial services industry is preferable
- Advanced communication skills with proven stakeholder experience
- Previous experience working with the ATO portal and ASIC compliance documentation
- High attention to detail with a customer-centric and focused approach
