Key responsibilities
- Assist users with procurement and finance-related queries
- Provide solutions to issues using strong problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively to guide users through resolution steps
- Manage multiple issues efficiently with excellent time management
- Collaborate with team members to resolve user issues
- Administer MS SharePoint as required
- Prepare training manuals and self-learn as necessary.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in procurement and finance systems
- Strong capability in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
