About the role
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Rostering Project, which aims to implement a unified rostering solution for the organisation. This position requires a specialist in UKG Pro WFM to support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the system. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that the solution meets the rostering, timesheet, and leave requirements of 22,000 employees across a complex organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist product and functional expertise in UKG Pro WFM
- Support the design and configuration of the rostering solution
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Develop functional design documents and configuration workbooks
- Conduct testing scenarios and defect resolution
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to project teams and system users.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in implementing workforce management solutions, specifically UKG Pro WFM
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
