Billing Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Billing Assistant to join a collaborative Sydney based team supporting high volume and complex legal matters.
The Responsibilities
- Generate, review and issue client invoices in line with billing cycles and service level requirements
- Manage billing queries from clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate documentation and approvals for trust allocations and disbursements
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with established processes
- Support the wider billing team with reporting and administrative tasks
About You
- Previous billing experience within a legal, professional services or corporate environment
- Intermediate to senior level experience managing billing processes
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines
