Billing Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail orientated Billing Assistant to join a high performing Resolutions, Recoveries and Disputes team in Sydney. Working within a modern and forward thinking legal environment, you will gain exposure to complex, high volume work while being supported by a collaborative and experienced billing function.
Key responsibilities include
- Generating, reviewing and issuing invoices in line with service level agreements and billing cycles
- Managing billing and invoice queries from internal stakeholders across the business
- Preparing and coordinating documentation for trust monies and disbursements
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all billing activities
- Meeting strict billing deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Key requirements include
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders
- Experience working to tight billing cycles within a professional services environment
