About the role
As a Billings & Collections Officer, you will play a vital role in managing financial processes that support the organisation's operations. This part-time position, requiring four hours a day over five days, offers flexibility while ensuring that critical billing and collections functions are executed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
- Oversee collections to maintain cash flow and reduce outstanding debts
- Utilise a case management system to track and report on financial transactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in billing and collections, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Strong capability in using financial software and case management systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
