Put your writing at the centre of winning new work
Joining a growing team, you will turn complex information into clear, persuasive pitches, tenders and proposals, including international submissions.
Your experience managing bids will help you keep contributions, reviews and deadlines on track. Working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business, you will draw out the detail that matters and shape it around each client’s priorities.
You will:
- Write and refine proposals, pitch presentations and capability statements.
- Develop clear messages that explain the value the firm can bring to each client.
- Coordinate input from busy stakeholders and bring submissions together within agreed deadlines.
- Use your Word and PowerPoint skills to produce accurate, professionally presented documents.
- Help maintain and improve reusable proposal content, templates and resources.
Bring the experience you have built
With at least two years in bids or proposals, you will understand how to balance persuasive writing with accuracy, presentation and tight turnaround times.
Your eye for detail will be valuable when editing content, checking consistency and preparing the final submission. Your confidence working with senior stakeholders will help you ask useful questions and keep work moving.
A legal industry background would give you a useful foundation. If you have developed your bids expertise in another sector, the firm is also open to the perspective and transferable experience you could bring.
