About the role
As the Belonging & Inclusion Lead, you will drive initiatives that enhance gender equality and foster inclusive practices across the organisation. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing compliance with legal requirements while engaging stakeholders effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to advance the gender equality action plan
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal obligations
- Facilitate training and development programs to promote inclusion
- Engage with stakeholders to drive the inclusion agenda forward
- Monitor progress and report on initiatives to senior leadership.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in leading belonging and inclusion initiatives
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and project management
- Demonstrated ability to navigate legal compliance within educational settings.
