What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our offshore provider, driving workload, performance, KPIs and service outcomes across multiple lines of business
- Partner with Samsung Field Teams, Retailers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, complex customer matters and operational issues
- Identify process gaps, risks and customer pain points, turning insights into practical recommendations that improve service and operational performance
- Oversee claims, approvals, reporting, cost reconciliation and invoicing while proactively managing priorities, risks and opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a high-volume customer service or operations environment, with a genuine focus on delivering great outcomes
- Confident building relationships, influencing partners and navigating complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with KPIs, data, processes and performance insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
