About the role
This role involves working closely with three Partners in the national Class Actions team. The Associate will engage in various aspects of commercial litigation and class actions, contributing to case strategy and client management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partners on case strategy and client management.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings as required.
- Assist in the preparation of briefs and submissions.
- Support the development of junior team members.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in commercial litigation and class actions.
- Strong capability in legal research and drafting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
