About the role
As the Area Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple parking sites, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership within your teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple parking sites
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and customer service excellence
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and address client concerns on-site
- Provide leadership and support to site teams, promoting a collaborative work environment
- Conduct site visits to assess operational effectiveness and team performance
- Implement training and development initiatives for staff
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in multi-site management within a customer-facing environment
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands effectively and make informed decisions
- Maturity to handle challenging situations and adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience in operational processes and a willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge
