About the Role
In this role, you will provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, acting as a key point of coordination for information, communication, and office operations. You will manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion while supporting day to day business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbox management
- Managing incoming correspondence
- Providing high level administrative support
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing internal requests
- Updating internal systems and records
- Prepare and format reports, correspondence, memos, and presentations
- Assist with invoice preparation
- File and maintain corporate documents and records
- Handle information requests
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational abilities
- Professional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential
