About the role
The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate account reconciliations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of finance professionals in a collaborative environment, contributing to the organisation's financial health and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including allocations and receipting
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with student refunds and customer service inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
- Strong capability in managing high-volume transactions and reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
