Join a large distribution and warehouse business, based in Acacia Ridge on a temporary basis to cover extended leave. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage full function accounts payable processing. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency within a supportive environment. You will be covering extended leave.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
- Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records in the Navision accounting system
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in full function accounts payable processing
- Strong capability in using Navision or similar accounting systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
