About the role
The Financial Accountant plays a central role in supporting the organisation’s financial integrity. You will be responsible for managing month-end close activities, preparing and posting journals, and ensuring trial balances are accurate and well maintained. The role also provides exposure to inventory accounting and analysis, supporting improved decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support month-end close and reporting activities
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries accurately and on time
- Reconcile and maintain trial balances
- Support inventory analysis and reporting processes
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to strengthen financial accuracy and controls
Skills & experience
- Solid background in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong Excel skills, particularly for month-end reporting and analysis
- Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliation processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
