About the role
This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the finance team as the business scales. You’ll work closely with the Accounts team and support the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller across day-to-day financials—think end-of-month processing, reporting, analysis, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting—as well as key projects. The role offers exposure across finance and operations, giving you the chance to really understand the business end-to-end. Career development is front of mind for this hire.

About you…
You’ll be degree-qualified (ideally CA/CPA or currently studying) and have experience in a well-rounded commercial accounting role or business services—ideally within an SME or start-up environment. You’re proactive, take ownership of your work, and are keen to learn and grow.

As the business continues to expand, they’re streamlining processes and reporting to build a strong foundation for the future. This means you’ll need to be agile, collaborative, and comfortable with a “no task too big or small” approach. You’ll also have the confidence to build relationships across the business and spot opportunities to improve how things are done.
