Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Growth

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join a purpose-driven organisation in the education sector. This is your chance to manage high-value relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to nationally significant initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across education, government, and industry.• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth.
• Lead client presentations, contract negotiations, and renewal processes.
• Collaborate on new product development and market strategies.
• Provide insights through market research and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree-qualified (postgraduate preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in account management and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive level.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
